Flexweb operates a complete in-house flexible packaging conversion facility in Germiston, Gauteng:
- Flexographic print — wide format, 8 colour, UV/water/solvent inks
- Rotogravure print — 9 colour, 1,100mm wide (Alrode)
- Lamination — solventless, water-based, solvent & UV
- High-speed slitting — 40mm to 1,000mm on 3" & 6" cores
- Multiple pouch lines — full range of formats and fitments
- Valve & spout insertion (CPT)
- In-house burst & bond strength testing + COC generation
