From lamination to finished roll β all under one roof
Flexographic print
Wide format, 8-colour flexographic printing in-house. UV, water-based and solvent-based inks. Short runs at high quality β no minimum colour commitment.
Rotogravure print
9-colour rotogravure with reverse print to register, 1,100mm wide at our Alrode facility. Ideal for high-volume, consistent colour reproduction.
Lamination
Solvent-free, water-based, solvent-based and UV lamination. Wide and narrow format. In-house capability at Germiston; solvent-based at Alrode.
High-speed slitting
In-house slitting from 40mm to 1,000mm on 3" and 6" cores. Precise width tolerances with full QC sign-off on every roll.
In-house testing
Burst strength testing, bond strength testing and in-depth Certificate of Conformity (COC) generation on every production batch.
