2. Quotes and Orders
All quotes are subject to final confirmation in writing. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is accepted. Minimum order quantities and lead times will be confirmed at the time of quotation.
Orders are only binding once we have issued a written order acknowledgement.
3. Product Specifications
Flexweb manufactures to agreed specifications. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the specification provided meets the technical, regulatory and performance requirements of their end application. We recommend validation trials before full production runs.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, technical data) is the property of Flexweb (Pty) Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flexweb’s liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the supply of goods or services shall be limited to the invoice value of the goods or services in question. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
