2. Acceptance

By using this website, submitting an enquiry or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use and any additional written terms confirmed in a quotation or order acknowledgement.

3. Quotes and orders

Quotes are subject to final written confirmation. Prices may change until an order is accepted. Minimum order quantities and lead times are confirmed at quotation. Orders are binding only once we issue a written order acknowledgement.

4. Custom manufacture and specifications

Flexweb manufactures flexible packaging to agreed specifications. Customers are responsible for ensuring specifications meet the technical, regulatory and performance requirements of their end application. We recommend validation trials before full production runs.

5. Cooling-off (ECTA section 44)

Where the Consumer Protection Act applies to a transaction, you may have a right to cancel within the cooling-off period for direct marketing transactions. Custom-manufactured packaging produced to your specification is generally excluded from cooling-off where section 44(2) exceptions apply. We will confirm applicable terms in your quotation or order acknowledgement.

6. Intellectual property

Website content (text, images, logos, technical data) is owned by Flexweb (Pty) Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission. Customer-supplied artwork remains the customer's property; you warrant you have rights to supply it for production.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flexweb's liability for any claim arising from the supply of goods or services is limited to the invoice value of the goods or services in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Privacy

Personal information is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
