Flexweb manufactures a comprehensive range of printed flexible bag formats for South African food, FMCG, agricultural and industrial markets. All printed at our Germiston facility using flexographic or gravure printing, then converted to your specified format.
- Printed pillow bags — the classic high-speed FFS bag format. Fin-seal back, heat-sealed top and bottom. Produced in roll-form for VFFS machines or as premade bags. Suitable for snacks, frozen foods, produce and dry goods.
- Printed flat-bottom bags — K-seal or Quattro-seal flat base for maximum shelf stability. Ideal for coffee, pet food, nuts and premium retail food formats.
- Printed side-gusset bags — expandable side gussets for high-volume products. Popular for pet food, agricultural seeds, coffee and bulk food ingredients.
- Printed 3-side seal flat bags — simple, cost-effective flat sachets and bags for samples, pharmaceuticals, portion control and institutional formats.
- Printed wicket bags — perforated on a wicket for automatic filling lines. Used for sliced bread, bakery, fresh produce and food service applications.
